When I said the fun parts starts in the last post, well scratch that lol, a nightmare occurred while casting the mold. This is the very 1st try, I mixed the 2 parts too long and by the time I was about to pour it inot the mold, it cured in the cup lol. I thought it had to be mix for 3 mints, then I found out you only have 3 minutes hahaha.
2nd try, a little better. From right to left, 1st cast, 2nd cast, original piece.
a look at the mold, I realized that I've made few mistakes one of them was the clay I used not in an even surface, which warped the parts especially the foot. I will have to create another mold and start over. Also I may add this stuff from Smoth-On is plain awesome, captured every detail on the parts.
